From morning briefings to squad training at Kyadondo Rugby Club, Day 3 brought the Tritons together with Ugandan and Kenyan players for a shared Captain’s Run ahead of match day.

We donated kit to local youth and Uganda Girls players, strengthening grassroots rugby and creating moments that matter beyond the scoreboard.

The day closed with dinner with our Ugandan players - building lasting partnerships through sport.
