    After breakfast and briefing, the Tritons headed to Kyambogo University to meet their Ugandan and Kenyan teammates for the first full squad training session.

    Day 3 - Rugby, Impact and Real Connection

    From morning briefings to squad training at Kyadondo Rugby Club, Day 3 brought the Tritons together with Ugandan and Kenyan players for a shared Captain’s Run ahead of match day.

    After a focused morning briefing, the Tritons headed to the Namboole National Stadium for the moment everyone had been building toward.

    Day 5 - Recovery and Reflection

    After the intensity of match day, the Tritons headed to the Munyonyo on the shores of Lake Victoria for a well-earned recovery day.

    After days of competition and connection, the Tritons travelled to Jinja — home to the source of the River Nile — for a well-earned shift in pace.

    From vibrant city markets and souvenir shopping to a visit to the historic Kasubi Tombs, the Tritons explored the cultural heart of Uganda — stepping beyond rugby and into the country’s rich heritage.
